About Cell

Cells are the basic units of life
-        The body was built by ± 100 trillion cells, there are a variety of cells such as brain cells, skin cells, blood cells, bone cells, heart cells, etc.
-          Collection of cells with similar functions to form a network, a collection of networks with similar functions forming organs
-          The cells run and manage all activities of life
The whole body activity initiated and regulated at the cellular level
-          To maintain the function of organs / tissues, cells continuously grow and develop through several processes: duplication (splitting), regeneration (space filling cells or repair damaged tissue) and differentiation (maturation of cells into specific cells and functional)
-          All cell activity is controlled by the CORE SEL
-           The most important component in the cell nucleus is the DNA length is almost 2 m
-          All information stored in the DNA of cells. Analogous to DNA as a blueprint (blue print) for storing instructions (in the form of a series of genetic code) to run all the basic functions of life
-          There are 3 billion DNA subunits that was built by the nucleotide bases which will develop the genetic code
-          Form, function and activity of cells / tissues / organs is determined by the sequence of genetic codes the cell nucleus

Every 16-24 hours, the cells multiply / divide

·         Cell division aims to:
-    Proliferation (multiplying cells) to replace cells that wear out / off
-    Growth and development
-    Regeneration of damaged cells
-    Breed (reproduction)
·         What is needed in cell division are:
-    The bases of nucleotides (DNA, RNA)
-    Amino acids (protein)
-    Enzymes
-    Precursor (vitamins and minerals)
-    Factor TRANSCRIPTION such as PPARs

TRANSCRIPTION: the process of copying the genetic code in DNA into RNA
Problems will occur when there is one mapping code, cell division does not occur or cell division is running very slow compared to the aging process / destruction of cells

Healthy ways to strengthen the cell
1.      The right food choices:
-     Solid nutrition, especially protein, vitamins, minerals and contain phytochemical compounds (polyphenols, isoflafon, pikosianin, chlorophyll, etc.)
-    100% natural
-    Avoid / reduce instant food / refined food (have been through various treatment processes)
-    Avoid foods that contain synthetic food ingredients / food additives (preservatives, colorings, flavorings, etc.)
-    80% alkaline forming foods, 20% acid forming (Dr. Ragner Berg, USA
